This is a beautiful building, lovingly restored. We had a delightful room. It's two minutes away from the corso in the centro storico, very convenient for all the sights, restaurants, bars etc. Francesca, Matteo, Alfonso and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed in my long years of traveling. It is very clean, well refurbished and functional. It felt like we were VIP guest in a palace because of the hospitality of the owner Madam Beatrice and all the staff. They were very courteous and helpful. I would like to mention among them Alfonso, Mateo and Francesca for making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay in this marvelous palace on our future trip to Puglia. ❤️ The Olivan

Great place to stay. Super helpful staff and beautiful room. A few things -shower pressure was very bad almost unusable. The breakfast was OK could do with more info on what you can have etc

Our stay was magical, the accommodation was perfect and the hotel is stunning. Alfonso, Matteo and all the staff were so welcoming and we felt so at home. They helped organize our transportation and reservations at some delicious restaurants. Would totally recommend everyone to stay in the historic area in Lecce. We will be back

A prefect place to stay in Lecce
Sant ‘Anna is a delightful old monastery upgraded and decorated with utmost taste by the owner. Simple, elegant, comfortable and atmospheric. We were upgraded to the presidential suite which was a lovely and unexpected surprise. The suite itself has a light airy feel with plenty of space. It has its own private roof terrace with views over old Lecce. All the staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive during our 5 day stay in September. Special mention for Francesca for whom nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was a feast for both eyes and taste buds and laid out as if in a monk’s refectory. Sant Anna is located within the city walls, close to Porta Rudiae and a short walk to Piazza Duomo but wonderfully peaceful. Good choice of restaurants and on-street parking nearby. The gracious owner Beatrice hosted drinks and nibbles for guests on one of the roof terraces and there were freshly baked little tasty pastries laid out in reception for guests. Would not hesitate to recommend.

All the staff were simply brilliant - genuinely interested in you and helpful. The ambience of the hotel was fabulous and well located in Lecce. The breakfasts were gorgeous. Probably only suits adults.

We stayed 3 nights at Palazzo Sant'Anna and absolutely loved our visit. The staff and service was impeccable; Matteo and everyone were so friendly and they were proactive with communicating with us prior to our arrival till the end. The property was so beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic right in the heart of old Lecce and walkable everywhere with many shops and restaurants within a few steps. Breakfast was amazing. The only thing I would mention that wasn’t so good was WIFI but it still doesn’t affect my 5 star rating. Loved this place, wished I could stay longer and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Lecce. Thanks again to the incredible staff and excellent service!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff was amazing inquiring about our ETA to better accommodate us. When we arrived we were given warm towels and delicious smoothies while we were checking in. They would not allow us to move our luggage but insisted on doing it for us. They booked our dinner reservation for us. Our car and luggage was ready to go at 330am outside so that we could make our early flight. All of the staff members were so nice. The accomodations were just as amazing. Our room all stone, very beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and give it 5 stars all around.

Wonderful hotel.
Had a great time at his hotel. The host Matteo was very friendly and helpful. The owners were very kind and lovely. Great location, pretty rooms and delicious breakfast. Even saw Matt Dillon at our breakfast one morning. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Palazzo Sant’Anna. The facilities were absolutely beautiful and the staff was incredible. Shout out to Matteo and Sabrina who made us feel at home. The location was also perfect for exploring old town Lecce. I did not want to leave and would definitely stay here again. If you’re thinking of visiting Lecce, do it! And don’t forget to book your stay at this lovely Palazzo. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely beautiful property and it is clear that the proprietress, Beatrice, took great pride in how the property is turned out. OUTSTANDING service!
From our first interaction with the staff at Palazzo Sant'Anna Lecce we were beautifully cared for. Alfonso suggested a parking lot and then picked us up in a charming ape and drove us to the hotel for a nominal charge. He was always available to help us with printing a document, suggesting places to visit and managing anything we needed. We arrived before our room was ready and were directed to a lovely breakfast and then notified once the room was ready. Sara was stupendous in the dining room and the food and beauty of the hotel were OUTSTANDING! We will visit again.

A delightful surprise in the heart of historic Lecce. The top floor room is palatial in size and amenities, and the breakfast served was outstanding, not to mention the lovely and ornate private room in which it was served. Owner and staff beyond helpful and nice. Can’t recommend this place highly enough for your visit to Lecce!

I stayed at the Palazzo with my wife and two kids (two months and two years). We simply loved it. The location is in the old city, but slightly removed from the main hustle. our suite was lovely, everything was brand new and done in style. The service was impeccable -- the staff went out of their way to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The owner and manager -- Beatrice Baldasser -- lives on the compound -- so oversees personally the operation. She is personable and available, which added to the pleasure of our stay. In short, we were extremely pleased with our stay at Palazzo Sant'Anna and would recommend it, without any hesitation, to everyone. A great address in Lecce (a beautiful city).

It has the best energy; from the entrance to our room to the table set in the morning , to the delicious breakfast served, to the conversation. We loved staying and had a hard time leaving; it was a true extension of the people of Lecce, warm, caring and beautiful. Thank you!

Boutique hotel in Leece
Amazing boutique hotel in the middle of the old town in Lecce. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much for them. The breakfast if anything had too much choice.

Notre séjour à Lecce a littéralement été un de nos plus beau séjour à vie en grande partie grâce au Palazzo Sant-Anna. De l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ ce fût littéralement un sans faute. Le service était incroyable, la chambre absolument magnifique (rénovée avec goût et luxe), la nourriture authentique et ancrée dans les traditions apuliennes. Le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant, chaleureux et réellement engagé à rendre votre séjour mémorable. Pour nous ce fût vraiment réussi. Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de nos 5 nuits au Palazzo. Merci beaucoup!
