“Off the Strip, but people were great”

This hotel is off the strip, but the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was complimentary, basic, but good for a free start to the day. Rooms were clean , neat and serviceable. Would recommend to families looking for a good cost, clean and friendly hotel, not right on the strip.

“well services and lots of room”

we were all exhausted when we arrived and just wanted to be able to have some space. We paid for 2 two-bedroom units so we all had plenty of space. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms were well services. We were only one block from the strip which was convenient. Our room was on a corner and the road noise was a bit annoying but overall we felt that this hotel was excellent value for money.

Area recommendations

We love the strip area because it is so dynamic and we just love to wander around looking at all the different hotels. The shopping is pretty awesome too. We loved Santa's helpers at the Excalibur.

we love the pre-Christmas time, not too busy and the atmosphere is still exciting

“Exceeded Expectations”

I was expecting a typical hotel room. Was I surprised to see a full kitchen, living room, dining area and separate bedroom and bathroom. Room had 2 TVs. Every morning we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The location was within walking distance to the strip. Overall, the amenities and the location were fantastic. Would definitely stay there again!

“vegas hidden gem”

Overshadowed by the big casinos this place was a big surprise! Location was great close to the airport, close to the strip a 6 minute walk exactly. I got to vegas early to early for check in, I asked if I could leave my luggage here while I go about and the young lady behind the desk said why don't we see if we can find you a room availble, and she did! Try that at the big casino's ! The room was a 2 bedroom suite, the master had it's own private bathroom. 3 flatscreen t.v.s a kitchen, living room and an outdoor terrace to smoke my cigar. A continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon one day sausage the next, cold hot cereal juice and starbucks coffee all day! I I have stayed in many places here and this is now one of my favorites. Price and location, cleanliness high on my list and this fits the bill

“good hotel as no casino to go through & no resort fee”

the hotel is kind of old , need update , the toilet room is very tght, also there is no door or partition between bedroom & sink area, noisy & bright when someone is using the sink, and the bed too soft .

“Miranda”

Very spacious rooms, nice kitchen with all we need, great location. I will recomend this place to stay with your family. I wish the breakfast buffet has more fruit or yogurth. I Like this place!

“Value for Money”

Just back from Desert Rose Resort. Very comfortable and clean, good breakfast and manager's reception was great. Internet not the best. Very well equiped kitchen with dishwasher.

Events and shows

Jersey Boys was terrific. Also saw Divas and Country Superstars Tribute. Garth Brooks was great.

“Desert Rose”

People at the desk were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Complimentary breakfast was a nice begining to the day. Room was nice ans the location was off the strip just enough if you wanted some quite down time. I would recommend this Hotel to others.

“Dessert Rose”

There was a small 'glitch' with the reservation - it was put in the wrong name, but that was soon and easily fixed. Pros: The pool was wonderful and the jacuzzi was so very welcome after a long day of walking on the strip. The breakfast each morning was very good. We ate outside and the birds were our daily companions, waiting for scraps. Cons: The beds were too hard for us. Also, I found it curious that there was only one remote for three tv's. and the managers recption turned out to be beer, wine and pretzels. Not what we expected.

November in Vegas ROCKS! Weather was perfect and no real crowds.

Freemount Street Experience is wll worth the bus ride.

Other

If you're looking to papmer yourself, try the Qua Spa at Ceasers. The roman baths, jacuzzi's, steam room, sauna, and the artic room (my favorite) are well woth the cost of admission. I booked a massage (cost extra) and it was worth EVERY penny.
