The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Furniture a little dated. Bathroom was recently remodeled. The lodge is conveniently located to the village and ski lift.

Great Hotel to stay while you vacation on the Tahoe area. 15 min drive from Tahoe City makes it convininent to stay at a quiet place and close to market/dinning/eating. It was it two Hoy Tubs, and a pool where we spend the days in the afternoon.

We enjoyed the pool area. We also liked that these are actually condos. The only thing that was a bit of a downside was there was no closet space available.

The property has great amenities and very comfortable if you want to room share with friends or family. Its a little older but very nice accommodations. We were at a slightly off-season and it was a little bit light on staff. There’s really no one at the front desk and they don’t seem too happy when you ring the bell. I understand it’s not easy dealing with the public. At the same time if I’m being polite, I expect the same in return.

The condo was clean and well equipped. The area was quiet and walkable to the ski village. My only complaint was being charged a "resort fee" when the pool and most of the hot tubs were unusable.

Great location! Have been coming to this property every summer for many years. Planned trip months in advance. We had 2 rooms plus extended family in another. We were informed a few weeks before our trip that the pool would be closed. Unfortunately at that point we couldn’t find anything else. We we’re staying for 6 days, 2 days into our trip the pool was finished. All the kids were begging to swim but the hotel would not allow it. Even though the pool and hot tubs were completely done they were touching up landscaping. There was no reason for us to not be able to swim. Over the years the condition of the rooms has gone way down. The amenities and services get less and less but the prices keep going up. The staff is not helpful or friendly. We arrived at 4:00pm check in time. Neither room was ready. One room just got moved around the other we had to wait. Even though it was only 15 minutes after sitting in a car for 7 hours that seems like a long time. Plus only one person at the desk at check in so we had to wait in line for another 15 minutes.

I am sorry your experience was not up to our expectations or your past experiences; especially for your kids. I understand when the pool has water it looks ready to be used, but in this big project it was not ready. The pool is still closed because the plaster is still curing (it needs the water in the pool to do this) and the County Health department has not signed off yet for public use. Believe me…we all want the pool open! The good news is we will not have to do this again for a very, very long time. Additionally, there is an email we set up with Hotels.com for communication about the pool work and through that system, you should have been notified immediately. I will reach out to Hotels.com to determine what happened.I am sorry you felt the condition of the hotel was not what you were expecting. We have completely redone and upgraded all the interior common areas. Some units have been updated more recently as well. Good news for you is that with upcoming changes at the property you will be able to book a specific unit in the future – Stay Tuned for that news!Again, I am sorry this stay was not what you expected, and I hope you give us another chance in the future.

Overall the facility was very nice. Because it is summer, there was no place to sit and enjoy the outdoors at the hotel--like read a book rather than stay in my room to read.

There are a few places to read for your next visit! Very soon the pool will reopen (hopefully a couple days). It is a great location to relax. Also, the two bedrooms have balconies and there is a pond right outside our back door that is nice too. Next time!

Convenient location to my event. - There is ONE (1) EV charging station being shared across two properties. This is utterly unacceptable in this day and age. - The pool was being refilled overnight and it was noisy. - At 1:30 AM there was a motor-type noise that was loud and reverbed through #228. I went down to tell the front desk and it stopped. I noticed a similar sound when I took a shower the following morning, which suggests it might be related to (hot) water, but I'm not sure. - Neither of us slept well on either night we stayed.

Hi Robert,We apologize for the disturbances caused during your stay with us. The water heater makes noise after hot showers, and unfortunately time is the only solution to it turning off. Due to our buildings being a bit older, this is something out of our control. Great Condo/Hotel with an amazing location
With just steps away from Le Chamois, this condo/hotel is perfect for all vibes. Beware that most units do not have AC but the heater works just fine. Convenient for skiing and summer settings. The pool was under construction but highly recommend the hot tub, sauna and fitness center amenities.

Besides the pool being renovated, the property was awesome! Safe was super helpful. The location was super convenient to walk to any bar, restaurants, shopping and festival grounds! Very glad I stayed there.
