Heater didn't work in the first room we got but he did put us in a room that everything was working. Brought clean towels ....trash bags...soap...very friendly.

Cockroaches and Filthy Sticky Floors
The motel room floor was so dirty it turned the bottoms of my feet black. I put socks on to walk around the room, and it turned my socks black. When I got up in the night and turned the bathroom light on…Cockroaches ran everywhere, floor, walls and counter top…where they were having a picnic on my Toothbrush!!!

We will stay again
We will stay again Outside was plain, but our room had the comforts A cushy nice bed, good shower, good toiletpaper Next to seafood restaurant ... was good too This Farming town, was better than other towns We have a new stop on our regular travels.

Just plain NASTY for $69
Found live roaches crawling across the floor, towels were crusty, no access to the cabinet under the TV. The Wifi was down due to recent storm season activity, No Guests are allowed and no refunds will be given. That’s why Budget Inn wins this year’s Trashiest in Acadiana award Congradulations😊

Nasty pool
The picture of the pool should be deleted because it was disgusting with things growing in it. The rooms match the pictures and were okay.

Do not stay here
This place does not resemble the pictures or the description in the least. When we arrived there were two intoxicated guests standing outside watching us. There were three men sitting outside the room two doors down drinking (at 4pm). They also watched our every move; and the room next door had a barking dog inside. We decided to at least look at the room. It was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. The room reeked of body odor and stale sweat. I went back to the office and told them that I was not going to stay here. They refused to give me a refund. I have traveled extensively around the world and this was truly the seediest motel and the most disgusting room I have ever seen.

you travel around the world so should be looking for 5 star motel so 5 star hotel come with 5 star price if some guest won to pay for room and sit out side of his door that you should not be have issues all worker stay at this motel and they hold there rights also you did not like when you get hear you should not be check inn you check in and come back to check out that you not us it was said on check in no refund and you agree also room always get clean every day only you making it up because which ever room you got every day occupied and you did not get refund that's what it was

Upon arrival I was advised that my reservation would not be honored. There were no other rooms within the immediate area available. I was on a disaster relief trip but I was forced to return home after accruing expenses of $437. Be forewarned before booking.

Aweful people at front desk, i rented a room for a good price online, i get there and she acts stupid and rude and says oh it didnt go threw, i said look here is my con. Number and she kinda looks at it and said no didnt go threw. I can rent u same room though for 20 dollars more and a deposit, i drove all the way to this place to have this done to me, stay away and hopefully it closes down soon

Do Not Stay!!!!
The refrigerator did not work, the toilet would not flush (kept running), no coffee maker as advertised, no pool or jacuzzi as advertised. Was charged a $50 deposit fee, even though it was not made known to me when I booked the room. None of this would have bothered us because we checked in at 1:30 AM to get a few hours of rest while on the road and traveling; however, the general manager refused to produce a valid full stay receipt to state that my deposit would be returned, all while being cussed at because I pushed him into writing me a receipt, after he lied and said "call this number for a receipt" ( a number that went directly to his office when i called, then said he could only email it so i asked him to send it now then he said he couldn't so he wrote in his own handwriting that id receive my deposit in 15 business days.
