We were impressed by the facilities and the close distance to the train station. We had four people traveling in our group and we appreciate the accommodations allowing for larger parties to have their own bed. Front desk always greeted us. We also liked the convenience of having dining restaurants within the building.

The location is excellent. It is close to the train station. The room is big and clean. There is not much stores and restaurants around the hotel, but there are several restaurants in the hotel. If you are going to Kyoto, this hotel is highly recommended.

The room had 4 separate beds which was great and not easy to find. The hotel offers a good value as the lobby and entrance are high end and we loved the roof deck. The location is a short walk to a rail station. Even though the hotel is one stop away from Kyoto’s main station, the area is pretty sleepy. There were a few restaurants close by and we walked through a park which was close by which had lots of elementary school kids in it each time we walked through it.

It is a new building with public bath. Very clean, nice staff, and good options for breakfast. Good view from the rooftop terrace. Just 2 minutes walk from the JR station (Umekōji-Kyōtonishi Station), which is 1 stop from the Kyoto station. Buses also run by. It is quiet, not a shopping or tourist place.

Convenient location, very clean and staff are nice and friendly. Only one thing is takes forever to do the laundry so I think the hotel needs to have more of laundry machines for guests.

We had forgotten items in the safe, staff managed to send them to our next hotel in Tokyo within 2 days. Laundry machines were few, but reasonably priced. Hotel is very close to train station but not noisy. Very good room size. Convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance. Big playground near train station.
