"We were unfortunate enough to have arrived before a large group tour which significantly delayed our check-in time. Otherwise, a great location. Staff were kind and friendly. Rooms were clean. We had the harbour suite, and for some reason, the sofa bed was not prepared beforehand. I'm not sure if the staff had overlooked the fact that there were the three of us travelling (my parents and I), so I had to find one of the housekeeping staff, who fortunately was to be found on the same floor as our suite, to set up the sofa bed (they had to bring in the mattress sheets and pillows and blanket, which were not already prepared beforehand). Personally, breakfast could've been slightly better, but it was still alright."
