"Nice unit with a nice comfortable home atmosphere. Kitchen especially well equipped. Enjoyed several breakfasts and dinners on the lanai with beautiful setting.Only issue was that parking was only for one vehicle, not two as had been communicated. So any guests have to park on the street and walk in. Apparently this was a recent change at the Waikoloa Villas Complex.Will likely return as this worked well for us and was just minutes from family living in Waikoloa."

"Great unit, thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The town house was equipped with everything you would need. You could see personal touches throughout. It made you feel welcomed. The grounds in the complex was very well maintained.Would recommend to the host to switch the a/c from portable units to something else. The portable units were loud and we had to turn it off at night to sleep. Luckily there were trade winds to keep us cool.We would stay there again."

"Beautiful location, beautiful home, excellent access to everything you need, and everything you might want to visit or explore. I can't think of anything we wanted that wasn't already in the home. It's just a good vibe in every meaningful way. Met Lisa one day one, in a friendly, comfortable "welcome, let me know if you need anything" kind of way. You can believe any other reviews you read that have positive things to say."

"What a quaint little cottage on a small coffee farm. We loved the history of the property and the old school charm. Amazing ocean sunsets and the property was just what we expected. Great communication and accurate description. Mahalo for a great stay Lisa!"

"Ruth and Buddy were very accommodating. The house had everything we needed away from home. And Ruth was always available if we need anything. Location was great. Not too far from town but away enough to hear all the night time critters. The frogs are very loud at night, but we enjoyed them."

"Fabulous home that suited our family’s needs from aged 3-88. Kitchen was expertly equipped, and we ended up cooking in every night! We used all of the sport courts, and well as the SUPs and bikes. Best of all- the outdoor spaces with pool, patios and a spectacular water front setting. "
