"First off I want to say that on many other trips this hotel / room would have been sufficient but on this trip and at this price I didn't find these rooms acceptable. From the photos of the property we feel that the photographer did a great job but it does not represent it well. To be fair if you are in the area to dive and just need a place to crash this will do but this is at best a 2 motel and out does look like there are other options. "We we’re in koh lanta 10 days so we decided to book 5 nights at la chambre and then find another hotel. Upon our arrival, the general manager was nice but didn’t really speak english. When we got to our room it looked "nice" but it was actually really filthy there was literally webs hanging from everywhere on the ceilings and the walls are full of stains. Anyways we paid about 29$ for that hotel room so that’s not that bad but there was also a lot of ants everywhere so you could not leave food...

"Great place to stay on a quick return journey to Koh Lanta. Had been to the hotel many times before, but never to stay as a guest. Room was a good size, well equipped and clean. Balcony was very nice and had a great view of the sunset. Wifi was strong, if that’s your thing. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall it’s a lovely hotel and has a great location. Well worth a visit "

"I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Dream Team is a family run place. Everyone is very polite, happy and helpful. The bungalows are clean and tidy, the aircon works nicely. The Pool is fantastic and the food is good quality. There are a few tatty bits here and there but hardly worth mentioning. Id go back there tomorrow if I could. I highly recommend it to anyone."

"I chose the more expensive bungalow thinking it was detached but wasn't and noise travelled through walls easily. Didn't spoil my stay as neighbours weren't too noisy. It was away across the road from the beach resort so not great if you have children, as unlike the beach bungalows the children couldn't just pop in and out due to the road. The beach bungalows were cramped but the one I had (across the road) was quite roomy. The serving staff at the resort restaurant need some serious customer...

"Great beach. Hotel is quite small but overall exceed our expectations. It’s pricey but worth it. The room is very comfy and big. We arrived at 1.30pm for check in but the room wasnt ready and will be delayed past the check in time so the staff let us wait by the restaurant and enjoy the complimentary food or drink. Great service. "
