"We had a toilet unit right outside our only window. which made our room smell. The couch was very old and misshaped. The bathroom had very little water pressure in the sink and when you turned on the shower the drain would stink up the whole room. We were in the newer part 412 and while it was comfy I wouldn’t stay there in the hot month. "

Thermostat default is 23c and you can only turn it up or down by +/- 3c. And it resets to default when you leave the room. Luckily the windows open."
