Great place with 2 exceptions. The shower floor is so slippery that it’s unsafe. Parking is a hassle when the small lot is full. Cars have to be moved at 8, 9 or 10 am depending on the street. The nearby public lot was closed except for permit holders due to construction. Enjoyed chatting with the breakfast chef.

This is a special place. You feel warmly welcomed with a sweet note, fresh baked cookies and chocolates and sparkling wine in the fridge in your room. The staff is kind and helpful. The decor is lovely and the rooms are clean and beautiful! They had a piano player in the living room with popcorn and macaroons. It was the perfect place in terms of location as well and we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

It's very pretty around the area and the house is nice from the outside. We were greeted by a lovely woman and offered freshly baked cookies. But our room was quite odd. The bed is inches from the door as you walk in. There is nowhere to sit other than on the bed. Everything was very dark and there were very few outlets and no TV. There was a very very narrow stairway in our room leading up to a loft that had a desk and chair with a huge bible open on the desk and a sign that said to be careful with it as it's old. A bible as a highlight seems very old school and inappropriate. Our bed was creeky and unfortunately, not comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and so dark it was hard to see in the mirror. There's quaint and there's odd and sorry to say this room was odd. The end tables were made of tin with no outlets for phones except for one across the room. Breakfast was served in a nice room and made with fresh ingredients.

The welcone was very warm and the facilities great. The only downside was the toilet in iur room was not secured so moved around, but otherwise a great place to stay.

I had an excellent experience at the Rosemount Inn! The inn & room were beautiful & so comfortable, the service was so accommodating & professional. The breakfast food was delicious. I will definitely be re-booking at the Rosemount when I return to Kingston!

Great first impression before we even walked in the door. We will have to come back in the summer to see the gardens in full bloom. Inside is incredibly charming and beautifully designed. We were welcomed with warm cookies fresh out of the oven. True gem and you wont be dissapointed!

I can be anxious about traveling. I’m glad the booking was clear and concise. Lucy and Matt were good communicators and all the expectations were really clear. We were upgraded to a really nice room (we had a studio cottage before) at no charge. The food was really delicious and we could walk easily to the main venues we wanted to visit in Kingston. Hope to stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous in design and atmosphere, in the perfect location. Breakfast buffet is to die for and we loved sitting at the common table with other guests. The chocolate chip cookies upon arrival are delish and such a thoughtful touch. Staff so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Enjoyed the Classic King room--my only suggestion would be an additional luggage stand and a table in the bathroom for toiletry bags as there is very little counter space. The room should really be set up for the number of guests it accommodates. Guests should note that there is no TV (a nice break, we found!) and the "bar fridge" is really tiny...the size of a safe. I had brought snacks that needed to be refrigerated so I couldn't keep them in the room, but the chef put them in the kitchen fridge. An absolutely lovely aspect of this inn is the parlour, and on Saturdays during "happy hour" (5-7pm) they have a wonderful piano player who also sings. We thoroughly enjoyed listening and singing along with other guest. Would love to go back in the summer to enjoy the porches and gardens.

This is excellent inn, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Super close to downtown Kingston. Leave the car parked, walk and enjoy. My only complaint for a winter stay is the air is super dry and the heaters were turned up too high so it wasn’t the best sleep. I will come back!

The house is a beautifully renovated historic mansion on one of the prettiest streets in Kingston. It is a quiet residential street but just a few blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants. The buffet gourmet breakfast was a special treat. Everything is homemade.

It is a beautiful property with a staff that is very accommodating. Amanda was amazing. The room was beautiful and I loved the in- room fireplace. The location was excellent for walking to Princess street. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that it took a while for the hot water to come but this is the down side of a historic building.
