“Wonderful stay in Kilkenny!”
We stayed at three different hotels/bed and breakfasts in Ireland and this was one of our favorites! The hotel had free parking and wireless internet access, even in our room. The hotel was well kept and very clean. A restaurant/bar was attached to the hotel. The location was great, less than a five minute walk to the castle, cathedrals and town center. We would recommend this hotel and would love to stay again if we return to the town!

As the song title states 'You say it best when you say nothing at all'. Absolutely no complaints only total praise for a genuine 5* hotel complex.
“Impressive Hotel in Centre of Kilkenny”
This hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are a really big size and the staff will go out of their way to help. I would defintely stay here again.
“The Best!”
This is my 3rd stay this year, I have also tried the Lyrath (which is very good) and Mount Juliet (which was very disappointing) and this is by far the best. The location, once you park you can walk to everything. The food from the inclusive breakfast and the restaurant for dinner - excellent (they have gotten a new chef and it shows). Staff - they go out of their way to be friendly, helpful and take care of the little details. I would highly recommend and feel it is very good value for the money.

Good hotel, great location-near center of town, close to pubs, shopping. Parking on premises, limited, but can park at a nearby lot at no cost. Great breakfast included in room price-pub on premises is good, a bit pricey, but classy.
“Kilkenny 2011”
The hotel was downtown within walking distance to everything. Both the hotel and our room was modern, clean, efficient, roomy and the staff were overly helpful and courteous. Free parking was a definite perk.

“So pleasantly surprised”
After traveling to several hotels on our European vacation I would say this was the best one. Small problem on check-in, rooms weren't together like requested, then they gave us a key to a room someone was already in (awkward), but they straightened everything out immediately. The room was quite large (certainly by European standards), decor beautiful and location within walking distance of everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone, can't imagine even the pickiest travel not being happy with this hotel!
