Graham thank you for your review and the positive observations - we can only apologise for the issues with staff at the rear we have already taken this up with the Head Chef We very much appreciate this kind of constructive criticism as as the owners it is difficult to see customer issues like the one you describe. We have also taken action in the longer term and have a plan (soon to go for planning) to create a building at the rear to replace the set up at the rear of the building. This will mean a better view from the rear rooms and the staff will not be under the windows. Thanks again for the observations
