“Travel Inn KIllarney”
Desk staff very helpful and friendly-- couldn't ask for better. Gave us suggestions for towns to visit that turned out to be very good. Rooms very pleasant and cleaned quickly.
“Pleasantly Surprised”
We only wanted to stay one night in the Killarney area on our way to a family reunion in Tralee. The reason for being 'pleasantly surprised' was how much better in all respects the hotel was compared to Travel Inns in the UK and good value too.
“The best hotel rooms in Ireland”
Our family spent a 10 day vactaion in Ireland recently and fortunately we found the Valley Suites in Fossa, Ireland near Killarney. We had a two bedroom sutie. The only thing we were lacking in the room was a stove and oven. The rooms were extremely large for anyting in Europe. We were able go to the market and fixed a continental breakfast which helped us to have a more lesiurely pace and saved us money. It was very quite here which was very nice in comparison to many of the hotels that we stayed in when we were in the cities. The only regret that our family had with this hotel was that we had not planned to stay in this location longer. I would definatley recommend this location to anyone without any reservation.
“Very impressed”
This was a great hotel. We booked a single bedroom suite for 4 nights in August. It was very big and comfortable. We had a great view of the mountains and lake from our suite. Would like to return but hope to stay longer the next time as there are loads of things to do in and around Killarney.
“Would definately stay there again! I felt very comfortable there.”
The room was very large by European standards. I felt very comfortable. Clean room, sheets, etc. Hotel staff were extreamly friendly and helpful and even booked tours for me at no additional cost. I can't wait to return to Ireland and to the Valley Inn Suites in Killarney!
“huge suites, cheap”
I got what I paid for and more. Drive into town, have a pint, drive safely home and then visit The Village Pub on premises for a nightcap.
“Excellent.”
Excellent position for travel to Dublin. Well appointed apartment. Only one problem which was getting access to apartment out of office hours on the first day, but sorted eventually.
“Holiday in Kerry”
This hotel is great value for your money. The evening meals are excellent, the rooms are spacious. If you like a powerful shower, this is the place to be! I would not hesitate to come back here.
“Killarney's best family hotel”
The hotel was excellent, in particular the suite completely equipped with a kitchen, table for four, microwave, fridge, toaster, cutlery, plates, etc. Even fresh milk in the refrigerator. My only complain, and this applies to many hotels in the British Isles, is the lack of air conditioning. In this day and age giving four stars to a hotel without air is not right. The cheapest one-star hotels in North America have it.
“just outside of killarney”
we had a good stay at this property. only average for the price. its not actually in killarney but just out of town in fossa....10 euros for a cab into town. the room was a good size but with a very small tv...not a big deal. but apon our arrival the room has a very stong perfumey/deodorizing smell. i think other reviews had mentioned this. it was very unpleasant and terrible for my fragrant allergic husband. even with the windows wide open it never really went away. we mentioned it at the desk upon checkout and they seemed not to care at all. only other thing was no coffee/tea service in the room and the ones available in the lobby were always empty
