There are lots of bicycle, scooter, bus etc options at all hours. Note most none auto options are Filipino sized so if your big or over 5 and a half most bikes seating will be crowded "

Old Hotel, But Worth the Wonderful View
"This is an old hotel, but glad I stayed. Had a front room, stunning view from the 5th floor out into the ocean. The view is even while sitting on the bed. Note: when you come out of the hotel, go right, past the pier, to where the six giant markets are, find the seafood, we bought lobster, crab, shrimp, then walk back the opposite direction, past the hotel, keep walking till you see all the little shops cooking food, they will cook your seafood for a very small price. There are about 20 long tables, with 20 chairs each, will a complete water view. "
