"Hotel Juan Dolio was very beach convenient but, did not offer beach view, which I pay for. You can only see trees through the balcony. Room.was clean, we spent 18 and 19 never got our room cleaned. Staff is not at property literally uni are in your own. We gad a water issue jmin our room which we had to go External to get it address. They provide a wassap number of someone name Michelle which we text and still yet has not respond. We book via package obviously we knew check in policy but, then they tried to charge us 50% due to them early accepting us when they told us is was ok to go in our rooms with no extra charge. We check out one day early due to this. Management is very arrogant and rude trying to over talk himself to be correct. "
