"Lovely welcome with friendly staff. Bistro cafe ambiance and seating disappointing. All a bit cold. It was too cold to enjoy the internal courtyard but it looked fantastic. No hotel parking but good public parking nearly. Excellent and quiet location nearby cafes, brasseries and restaurants. Comfortable and well decorated rooms. "

"We stayed for a night. The exterior looks a bit rundown but the apartments are great. Everything works, it’s well equipped and clean. There’s also an elevator which is a major plus. Daily continental breakfast for 11 euros - honestly it’s too expensive for what they serve. You have to bring down your trash upon check out and clean the kitchen if you used it. Overall a nice stay."

"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "
