"We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. Everything was as we would have expected it to be in a VRBO listing except there were two amenities missing; a dryer and Air Conditioning. When we tried to contact the host about why these were listed when they are clearly not available in the unit, the host got angry with us and told us to vacate the premise in order to get a refund. It was late and this wasn't an option. We had previously written in to VRBO to describe this mismatch between amenities...

"50 COCKROACHES IN THE APARTMENT VRBO - ZERO HELP. Got to 9pm then suddenly about 50 cockroaches were all over the apartment. Contacted the owner who admitted fumigating the previous weekend. Ran all over Pretoria at night with my young girls to find a different accommodation - VRBO was ZERO HELP!!!!"
