"AC is loud and not like the average loud, it literally sounded like a small Freightliner had landed outside of our door Bathroom was not clean, you should never find hairs from the last tenant on your floor and in the shower. The position of the bathroom door lacks the ability to open in the case of an emergency, i.e. if we needed to get into the bathroom if a family member were to fall. Shower heads were not working at full capacity and the tub was filling up with water Only got two towels and two washcloths for three people, for three nights. We asked for one pillow and was told we would be charged $10. Many of the outlets didn't work. The pool was filthy and the filters were not even turned on Metal fence around the pool was waving because it is not properly secured ALL of the lounge chairs in the pool area are broken and seating is limited to four people. One of the pool rules states that you must shower before entering the pool, but the shower is held up by a center block, making it a pretty gnarly safety hazard They offer a "continental breakfast," however it consists of a pancake machine, yogurt cups and a few muffins, but it's only available from 6AM-9AM(sometimes earlier) and there's only enough for maybe the first dozen people and only enough seating for eight. Freezer is in serious need of defrosting, it's so frozen that the freezer section is completely full of ice.Doorframe is broken at lock hinge, as if it was kicked in, thus causing the door to not shut"

"Toilet ran. Shelf in shower pulling away from wall. Carpet smelled. Booked through offsite platform so was unaware that animals allowed. Will ask next time not to be on animal floor. One dog barked quite a bit."

"The rooms are small suites which do have everything one really needs. A nice feature is the TV which can be rotated toward the living room or the bed. The living room area is a tad small but the room is quite nice overall and very modern. The ice machines always seem to be working and are conveniently placed. The breakfast, which is included, is quite superb and has several juice choices as well as everything from waffles to eggs...and more. Even though we were toward the end of the timeframe for breakfast there was plenty of everything and the attendant was most efficient and pleasant. The pool, which is somewhat moderate in size and, while not heated, always seems to be at a comfortable temperature. The only element that is a problem is that there is an obviously very limited number of luggage carts."

"Place was nice and very clean. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we booked a “superior” view room and got an awkward corner room with a balcony right next to another room’s. The room was massive, but we more-so cared about the view, which we didn’t really get much of. Very strange given the photos in the listing suggested a nicer look at the river."

"My stay was awesome! The room was very clean, it was a very quiet stay, and breakfast was ready for us as well. The staff was incredibly polite. I would highly recommend booking a room here if you are in the Jesup, Georgia area! I stayed from Thursday to Friday and had a great experie"
