The hotel is nice and clean but very dated. The pool area is bad, really old.

Nice hotel in a good locatiion with very nice and helpful staff. However the property needs renovation as it looks a bit tired and outdated. Also we had some water issue (no hot water) which we assume it is due to the age of the property

Very poor bathroom and shower area in Tub is a recipe for accidents. Its difficult to understand why the hotel cant check basics. 9/10 times you are likely to slip in the shower area as the tub is probably too old or not appropriate for adults to take a shower. Room quality below par for a Crown plaza property.

Great location. Staff were incredibly helpness and always went above and beyond. The only downside were ppl smoking in their rooms, non smoking floor, with door open. Was disgusting walking down corridor. Females can not swim in pool, males only
