"Very convenient to get to. The staff was extremely nice. Not a fan of the modern shower. Fitted bedsheet had pills all over it and was annoying. Restaurant was good and they worked with us so that we could immediately be seated. Victoria, our waitress, was exceptionally good."

"This hotel is amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was top notch. Their breakfast buffet was above and beyond. Right across the street from the hotel is a hiking trail around the lake. There are at least 3 to 4 volcanoes that you can see. There is an ice cream ..."
