"Excellent management & staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room we had was spacious & clean. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel. The shower was amazing, just what you needed after being in the heat of Kochin. All staff are polite, helpful and will go the extra mile. The General Manager was exceptional, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately, again an above and beyond attitude displayed. We will return to this hotel and recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Thank you for an amazing stay and hospitality."

"Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting. "

"They Hyatt Bolgatty is an absolutely stunning property. From its gorgeous lobby with fresh flowers and coffee shop to panoramic views, the layout, amenities and cleanliness of the property was wonderful! The breakfast buffet each morning was incredible an overwhelmingly amount of choices. It was here we met one of the best servers we have ever had! Riyuni met us our first day and was so informed and knowledgeable about all the different food selections. He acted as an amazing tour guide as well, telling us all about the different regions in India, the different foods and cultures. His service was impeccable, never leaving a plate and we never had to ask to have our coffee refilled. On the last day he surprised us with a goodbye cake that was one of the most generous and sweetest hotel experiences we have had. We are so thankful to him for making our trip so amazing! I had a wonderful deep tissue massage at the spa and everything about it was 5 star. my therapist was not only skilled, but also passionate about massage and healing. The steam room was also wonderful in the locker room. The one issue we had was the late time of dinner service at the restaurants. Because of where the hotel is situated, eating on the property when there is definitely the easiest option. I don’t know if the time of dinner service was pushed back because of Ramadan but starting dinner service at 7pm is extremely late. For those who eat at 5 or 5:30 like us, there was no option. "

"Comfortable, spacious rooms. The bed however was a bit small and the mattress needed changing. Good, safe location. The restaurant is the best part - I had 3 excellent meals for dinner. The chef made everything in an authentic style. Staff are also brilliantly trained. Ayush and Eldrin are very good at their jobs. "

"Really not enjoyed, it was never informed renovation going on in tg8s hotel. If it was known never booked. Paid a hefty amount much higher than hotels in down town. Never expected and disappointing."
