“Unfortunately, it's a dump”

While the front desk staff tried to be helpful, we had a dirty room that was missing 4 of the 5 light bulbs needed in the room, had paint peeling in the bathroom, and there was no hot water. We had a 3-day reservation but didn't stay a single night.
