“One of my best experiences”
I had never stayed in a Fraser Place before and in my next trip I will look for one. The customer service is really good and the hotel was absolutely spotless. It had openerd amonth before we got there so some of the amenities were not fully functional but the hotel staff attitude made up for it. 5 people in our party and we all loved the place. By the way, very good breakfast which was included. I don't know that is optional or not, but if it is, opt in.
“Disappointed Family”
We stayed in this hotel for 21 nights in June-July 2011 .This hotel is absolutely the worst hotel we have ever been to ! When we first came to the hotel they told us that our suite is not ready we did not check in until it was almost 4pm . We booked a premier suite which costs more than the standard suite and we found out there is absolutely NO difference at all . The breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing and not worth it . the worst thing about this hotel is that they do not have regular room service .Our suite would stay uncleaned for 3 consecutive days ! .And the people in the management are not helpful nor willing to help .We complained to the hotel manager about the room service .His reply was most shocking he said and I quote " I am not your slave" ! I was extremely surprised and sorry at the same time because he considers doing his JOB some form of slavery . To sum up briefly , this is not the place were you want to spent your summer vacation !
