“not going back again”
the staff are not so friendly, the room is too small.the location is very good
“Poor Customer Service After Overcharging”
A group of us stayed at this hotel for five days. 2 of 3 rooms were overcharged for an additional 2 nights. When staff were questioned about this, they initially apologized for the mistake but did not offer or agree to rectify it. Manager was requested to assist. At first, he made us wait over an hour. When it became clear that we were not planning to leave without speaking to him he came out of his office but was very inhospitable and took no responsibility for the hotels actions. To sum it up, a very bad experience due to the lack of customer service skills and little respect for their customers. Rooms are also very small.
“Un maintained”
Matress quality was poor. The a tile in teh batroom was broken and the bathtub structure was broken too. I stay in many hotels in Taxim and this one was FAIR.
“Only for location.”
Service is virtually non-existent. However it is a great location, bang in the middle of town and good access to metro.
