“Very nice business hotel”
Stayed at the hotel for one night only in June. Very friendly staff, the bellboy immediately arrange vehicle parking, although the hotel does not have its own. Breakfast did not have much variance, but the food was overall OK.
“Not 4 star hotel”
We were family booked two double rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids.the hotel classified as 4 star but in fact does NOT. The location is in the center close to all transportations and shopping area . This mean is excellent if u like the crowded areas.the most thing was bothering me that cleaning staff always waiting the Tips every time they see you.
“Do not stay @ this hotel”
Their lobby is not heated and with the outside temperature near freezing, it was very cold. The room window broke down and the room was freezing: all they did is put a tape to prevent the cold air coming into the room. Pillows were the worst I had ever seen, I had to buy pillows from outside as I was staying for a week. Most of the staff do not speak English. Getting tissues was a big ordeal, I had to call the manager every time I requested a box and when I request the cleaning lady, she told me to call receiption.
“2 star hotel”
small room, tv was,t working, i have to call them several time to fix it, internet wireless also off, i call them to fix, the fridge was off,and there is chocolate inside and u can imagaine the smell. i runt after 7 hours of checkin, bad location, it 2 star hotel.
