The worst hotel we stayed in this trip. The hotel is old, nothing historic though. The staff are not friendly. Rooms are small. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Our reservation was for a double room with Bosphorus view, for my surprise they upgraded my room for a suite with a king and bed room, a balcony with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The staff were so friendly. The location is a little bit far from the interesting points to visit so I recommend to use public transportation which is very easy and economic service. I recommend the hotel is you want luxury hotel with beautiful views, this is for you.

Excellent location in the heart of Istanbul (Ortakoy). Staff were friendly yet professional, knowledgeable and helpful about anything we asked. The place was clean and well maintained. Breakfast on the roof had so many choices and the amazing view of the Bosporus was another perk. Definitely recommend‼️
