Isola 2000 chalet
The Chalets are spacious, well equipped and close to the slopes. The shared areas might be a bit cramped at maximum occupancy but for 8 in a 10/12 chalet you would still have more space than equivalent in other resorts. Having a garage that we could ski into was a great bonus for storing all the ski kit & keeping the hire car snow free. The only downside for us was that our French was not good enough to communicate effectively with the Manager (he did not speak English) so we had a few misunderstandings about what was required in the end of stay clean.

god beliggenhed, men mangelfuldt udstyret.
Det var et godt, stort hus med gode senge og mange toiletter og badefaciliteter. Men det er noget nedslidt,og i køkkenet manglede mange af de ting, en familie har brug for. Fx var der ikke et glas til hver, heller ikke kopper til alle, jeg måtte bede om en kniv, der kunne skære kød og grønsager. Personalet var venligt, så vi fik lidt. men slet ikke nok. I forhold til, at vi betalte små 20.000 kr for en uge, er det ikke rimeligt. Ved reservationen skulle vi oplyse antal børn og voksne, så man måtte formode, at der var sengesæt, der svarer til det oplyste. Men det måtte vi også bede om.

Chalet 3* très confortable. Un petit bémol cependant: il est présenté pour 12 personnes, mais 10 est un maximum: mezzanine très basse de plafond où il est impossible de se tenir debout, et les 2 lits de camp ne sont pas confortables. D'autre part il y avait beaucoup de neige et le chemin d'accès vers l'entrée n'était pas dégagé, ce qui nous obligeait à entrer par le garage dont l'ouverture n'est pas facile. Sergio s'est démené pour nous rendre service tout au long du séjour, mais comme il est seul il est assez débordé. La taxe de séjour est de 0,95€ par adulte, 50%entre 12 et 18 ans pour 3*. Attention on va vous réclamer 1,30€ par enfant et par adulte!
