"Je donnerais entre 4 étoiles et 4 étoiles 1/2. Il manque de Wow. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant à la réception. Mais je trouve qu’il manque de cohésion entre les differentes équipes de l’hôtel. L’équipe de la piscine est un peu intimidante. Ils sont très nombreux mais on dirait qu’il y a un manque de communication entre les serveurs…C’est comme si personne n’avait vraiment de rôle attitré. Ça manque d’accueil, de sourire et de petits mots de bienvenu. Le gérant du bar de la piscine a été exceptionnel par contre avec nous. Pour l’accueil à l’extérieur de l’hôtel, les portiers aussi sont gentils mais pas tant souriants et ne nous reconnaissent pas vraiment d’une fois à l’autre même si nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits, que nous étions une famille de 4 et que l’hôtel est quand même petit. Ça manque d’accueil chaleureux. De sourire et convivialité. Les concierges étaient très gentils et accueillants et répondaient à tous nos besoin. Le restaurant est excellent et avec un bon service. Mais j’ai l’impression que, bien que la réception de l’hôtel ait fait une réservation à notre nom et mentionné que nous célébrions nos 25 ans de mariage, le maître d’hôtel n’avait pas la réservation d’inscrite ou n’a pas compris dans notre anglais que nous avions une réservation. Il a demandé nos numéros de chambres et nous a assigné une table. Il n’a fait aucune mention à l’effet que nous célébrions notre 25e anniversaire de mariage….. Un peu décevant. Voilà!"
