Coffee!?! Where's the coffee maker in the room? There was coffee out by the lobby, but there was NO CUPS, NO CREAM, and NO SUGAR!?! What kind of a "Good morning" is that?!?

Loved the service when we arrived the staff was very helpful. Did not like that this hotel came up as the primary option to use for a weekend place to stay in Red Deer, seeing how it is quite a ways down the road

Very basic room. I only paid $55 for the night. But I certainly wouldn’t pay any more. Bed was very uncomfortable.

I booked on line with Expedia and when I got to the hotel I was told they had no rooms available! Didn’t stay there and you ask how my experience was? It figures. Get your act together! I slept in my vehicle that night!

The staff who operate the front desk day and night are very friendly and helpful. They kindly upgraded my room upon arrival unprompted and we're very informative. It was important to me that it was a safe, budget conscience accomodation. With the property being locked after 11pm (guest access only), I felt the environment was safe.
