"Location excellent, actual size of property excellent but not fully equipped for maximum occupancy and cleanliness was a disappointment. No privacy locks worked on bathrooms / toilets. Stayz advertised as a 12 bed but other sites state and is actually 10 bed. Small BBQ supplied but not BBQ shown in all photos on front deck in promotional photos on all three sites. Over all great week just a few small disappointments."

"Nice place to stay however we smell the gas inside the house when we step in,so i recomend the cooktop connections has to be check .Also the house needs some fresh air Before the guests arrives.Rooms may need airfreshner to be sprayed to welcome the guest to feel them fresh inside the house.Otherwise ckeanliness and hygiene are good."
