"The blanket that was folded in a bag in the closet (to be used for the fold out couch bed) was covered in dried blood. It was disgusting to think that I was making the bed for my children to sleep on and exposed myself and them to a biohazard. While the front desk did agree to move us, it is unacceptable that the room wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over my life, and I have never had something like this happen."
