There is absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. To start off the stay. I called hotel to verify that I could pay cash when I check in and just use my card for incidentals. When I arrived, they would not let me use cash to pay. They made me use card. Second off, there were hundreds of ants in our room right by my daughters bed. Third off we were there in nine days. We’re supposed to have housekeeping every other day and the whole time we were there we had housekeeping once. Every other time they were supposed to do housekeeping, I verified with front desk that we would get a room service that day, and they assured me it would, and never did. Fourth my daughter went to eat her cereal pour the milk out of the container and all that came out was clumpy rotten milk. Fifth I ended up talking to the dual operations manager of this property and the one across from it. He ended up giving me 15,000 Marriott points as a remedy for everything that happened which is like a slap in the face as that is nothing compared to what I paid for the stay. The tip of the iceberg is when I returned home and noticed that they overcharged me $72.80 when I reached out they initially denied overcharging me but after sending my booking confirmation and receipts they realized I was correct and refunded the $72.80. I have stayed at 100’s of hotels and thought I had seen it all. I was wrong this by far is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.
