"The hotel location is ideal for walking and exploring Andorra town. Car parking is at the rear of the hotel and reasonably priced and required as there is restricted parking everywhere. Our rooms were good value and the hotel staff helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time there."

"The hotel areas are clean and modern. Our room was very run down, almost stuck in the 90s era with the decor. I try to pull out my charger from the socket and the whole socket came out the wall. Breakfast was lovely, staff really helpful. Great location I would just recommend updating the rooms."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working WiFi to begin with. So that was disappointing."
