A short walk to the Sedgers Reef Hotel, Fisherman's co-op and Iluka Bay. Koala Lodge Cottage is perfect for a couple looking for some quite time or the small family wanting to be close to the river and beach without the cost.
Fully equipped kitchen and open spacious living and dining area. The cottage has seating out the front to enjoy the afternoon sunsets or the private courtyard out the back. The cottage has a single lock up garage. This complex has plenty of room to move and enjoy a BBQ in the garden that surrounds. The property is partly fenced with only the driveway open so you can keep watch on the little ones . Very central and a pleasant stroll to the river to watch the sunsets over the water.
