The owners live in the house behind this cottage most of the year but fully respect guests rights to privacy during their stay.

Guests have access to the full house, as well as parking, a small backyard, and bbq, with complete privacy.

Off the main road in a quiet spot, you'll hear the waves from your bedroom at night and the birds in the morning.

The house is a short stroll from the beach, a 15-minute walk to Husky town and 30 to 40 minutes walk from Vincentia. Plenty of great walking tracks and paved bike paths close by. If you would like any recommendations of places to visit, dine or meet friends at all you need do is ask.

We are happy to provide a porta cot and a highchair upon request.

Shamrose Cottage is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.

Wifi is included for all guests free of charge but we cannot guarantee the signal strength or connection.

Security Bond
A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking.

You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required.

Arrivals and Departures
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.
