There was also an issue with the late check-out fee. The information provided in the room clearly states that the charge is $25. I informed the staff early in the day that I would return between 2:00 and 3:00 PM. However, when I arrived, our belongings had already been removed, and I was charged $50 instead of the advertised $25.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to the poor room conditions and the inconsistency in the charges. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here."
