"We liked the spacious family room. It accommodated a family of four nicely! House keeping worked daily to keep the room clean and replaced all towels daily. Friendly staff and great breakfast as well! I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to be centrally located. We used grab to get around town with ease."

Arguably much better service than in Europe ( at least in terms of helpfulness) but not yet there in terms of service ( when compared to five stars in Dubai or more expensive hotel chains) - only point to make it a true five star experience."

"Everything was perfect in this resort, family friendly, spacious clean room, amazing breakfast buffet(delicious Hue dishes, fruits and Western options), 3 pools (the adult pool is amazing) and very attentive staff. The kids did a fun hat painting activity. I would have loved to try their spa services but we only stayed for one night. Honestly we were sad to leave. It was the most comfortable stay so far in our trip. We will definitely book again when visiting Hue again."
