This a great more affordable option! The staff are absolutely amazing. Most of my review will be cautionary but in a good way. This is not a traditional western style hotel. It has the more traditional Thai open layout. So do not expect YOUR traditional layout if coming from USA or Europe. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has plates and cutlery, microwave, and a decent size fridge. Our balcony over looked the pool which was also very nice. My biggest complaint is the convenience of a the location as it relates to the beach. It’s about a 12 minute walk and you have to cross a major thoroughfare. But on the flip side, it’s a 5 minute walk to a major mall with anything you can ask for. It’s also in an awkward alley which we thought was questionable when we first got there but there were actually quite a few other villa type hotels. The breakfast was good (and in my booking included in the price) but don’t expect a lot of options like you get at the hotels with buffets. There’s a traditional American option, Thai option, or pancakes. Taste was good. All in all I give this a 4.5 with my only significant issue beung proximity. But it’s only a 150 baht/ $4 tuk tuk to the night market. I can’t stress enough how great staff are. Really awesome. I give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Usually very good its the staff that makes any hotel,and in this case they are very nice,when I booked this hotel i was not informed about it be under construction soonly stayed one night,normally its a great stay the rooms very clean great breakfast lovely pool very friendly all that you could ask for from a small hotel. Little bit far from town so the ding ding i use to go in to town and tuk tuk back. All in all lovely staff and ive been useing this hotel for 6 years.

Good clean hotel, well worth the money.
Very nice hotel. We received an upgrade to a family room on the ground floor that was very spacious. Lovely pool area surrounded by various trees and foliage, and reasonably comfortable sunbeds. Breakfast was good with sufficient variety. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Restaurants and bars closest to the hotel closed at 9pm but others, roughly 15 mins walk away, stayed open later. Lovely clean beach and sea approx 5 mins walk away.

This property exceeded my expectations on many fronts . The hospitality of staff , the quietness of the location , the great swimming pool . Blue Port massive shopping center with vast options for food , clothing , banking facilities and just few minutes to Hua Hin night entertainment if you take a taxi , motobike or tuktuk. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and comfortable. The balcony was a nice size and overlooked the pool. The staff were EXCELLENT, always helpful. Breakfast was good. Restaurant meals were good. I am vegetarian and I had lots of choice from the menu. All the dishes can be cooked with vegetables. The pool is a nice size with ample sunbeds. We stayed a week - next year we will stay for two !

Very well managed hotel
From the welcome to departure everything was amazing. While it is easy to compliment the friendly staff, the big rooms, the superb room servicing (among the best I have experienced), gardens and pool, I really want to compliment the management of this hotel. Everything works, the hotel is not new but so we'll maintained.

Definitely not a 3 star. Breakfast is good. First impression very bad according to price paid. We stayed 12 days, we were stuck in Thailand because of a ticket with a low cost airline, it’s just to expensive to change dates. First night killed over 30 musquitos so keep your door closed at all times. The hotel provides mosquito repellent though. Prinz garden would be great at half the price. Will not be back was very disappointed with Thailand in general. Expected so much more. Go to Indonesia!

A great place in a quiet location
Prinz Garden Villa is a great place to stay. It is quiet, easy walk to the mall, and excellent staff. Breakfast is always good. I have stayed here a couple of times and will keep coming back whenever I am in Hua Hin!

Definitely a highlight on our trip to Thailand
Prinz Garden Villa is located on a small quiet street. From the outside the pink wall doesn't visually express the surprise you'll see inside the wall. This place is a little quiet oasis. There is virtually no traffic noise. Aside from birds and an occasional rooster crow the resort is very quiet. The beds and pillows are firm but like EVERTHING at Prinz Garden Villa, if you ask any of the staff they will help immediately. Our room was very clean. Laundry service is great too. When we got to our room there was a large mango branch that had broken and was blocking the view. The next morning at 7:00AM the branch was cut down. Without a sound. Anything and everything we asked for was always done quickly and perfectly. When we needed transportation we were given options and calls were made for us without asking. Honestly the staff at Prinz Garden Villas made us feel like we were part of their family. It was difficult to leave but we will be back. The entire staff was SO wonderful! Lilly and Plah are two of the names I recall. Breakfast was absolutely worth adding. Lunch and dinner were also excellent and reasonable. The Blueport Mall is a couple of minutes away on foot. Taxis and songtaos are also a short walk away. Did I mention the beach? It's also a short walk away. We will stay here again. Hua Hin still has Thai charm, especially if you speak a little bit of Thai. The Prinz Garden Villa staff will charm you with their warmth and hospitality. We loved staying here.

Local hotel in Hua Hin
First time in Hua Hin, not a bad choice of hotel. Staff cannot do too much. Room spacious and comfortable. Nice touches like free bottled water, mozzie tabs and screened windows. Air con very effective. Pool and sun beds excellent and set in a nice garden environment. Breakfast very good, eggs done as you like but bacon and sausages an acquired taste. Lots of other choices also available. Don’t be put off by th hotel access, down a narrow lane. It’s well lit at night and safe. Shopping center 200 yards away, not many local bars. Hotel bar open till 12and reasonable. Tuck Tuck to town150 baht, if you gain get on the bus, 10 -15 baht and an experience not to be missed. Lots of sand flies on the beach and mozzies at night. We bought sprays and had little problem after the first night. Yes, we would book again.

Lovely Hotel
A great little hotel a bit off the beaten track but that helps as it is lovely and tranquil and great to relax by the garden pool with no noise. The staff are all wonderful and really make you feel very welcome and the room was very comfortable with a nice view of the garden and pool. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Will always look to stay here if coming to Hua-hin again

Altho the hotel was lovely, nice pool, excellent staff. the location left alot to be desired. I was led to believe the hotel was near the beach but to get to the beach you have to either cross a busy dual carriageway or use an overhead walkway which takes you to the inter continental hotel, which is far from ideal.

Loved staying at Prinz Garden Villa from start to finish. Attentive helpful staff, lovely spacious room, nice balcony, beautiful pool and garden with lots of cute quirky ornaments. Breakfast is really nice and we often had lunch by the pool which was also first class. They also have a fairly priced laundry service which I would recommend. Good location, close to beach and shopping centres and ideal for local transport route (Green 10 bhat bus).

What a little GEM !!!!!!!!
Brilliant pool for such a small hotel,only 20 rooms.Good breakfast,all the staff are BRILLIANT!!!.Quiet location but only 500 metres to beach and 120 baht by taxi or tuk tuk into Hua Hin centre.Only 100 metres to Bluport Shopping Mall,excellent food hall,far superior to BMK and Siam Revolution food halls in Bangkok.Would recommend very strongly unless you must have 5 star luxury,or in the thick of it.

Awesome hotel with a birthday suprise !
From the moment, we stepped into the hotel, until after we left, the hotel staff were simply amazing! This is a really nice hotel, great location in a very quiet area and beautifully decorated with plants, and little statues and trinkets all over the place... I bet you can't find them all! The rooms were large, clean and well decorated and the service in the hotel, was really amazing. It was my birthday and I was surprised with a cake with candles and the whole staff of the hotel hiding in my room to sing me a birthday song as I walked in. Very nice surprise and so thoughtful of them. We stayed with them for 3 days and just had a wonderful time and they were super helpful, spoke great English and were able to give us real help in finding places to go and didn't rip us off with extra add on prices. My only criticism, was that on our last night, the restaurant closed early without warning, but we went to the local mall which was really amazing! However, when it was open, the food was great ! They even woke up early to get us breakfast on our early departure date! I would recommend this hotel 100%. It is quiet, well maintained and super staff and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. I will surely go there again as we had a wonderful time and even made Facebook friends with a couple of the staff so we can stay i touch with them. A great experience! A charming gem down a nondescript tiny soi (road). Could not speak more glowingly about this real find. If you are staying in Hua Him I doubt if you could leave with anything less than a happy smile on departure.

Awesome stay with minor hiccup. I will be Back!
Resort was awesome. We stay in a poolside family room which spacious and comfortable. The pool was excellent with pool side service. Breakfast was fantastic with both Thai and American choices. The French toast was actually hot and the banana honey pancake was more of a crepe but it was delicious. Staff was exceptional and help us every chance they could with one exception. I rented a motorbike from them. 5 minutes later I realized the rear tire was low so return the bike front to switch out for another bike. The next day, I was informed they had charged me 150 baht for the flat. I paid it but I think out principle they should have care of this issue. I will come back and stay at this location for sure but the next time I rent a bike from them I will everything that is wrong before I leave.

Beautiful boutique hotel
Wonderful friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely breakfasts on a pretty terrace with excellent service. The pool was beautifully landscaped and nicely shaded. We had a super room next to the pool with its own terrace and quiet area. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, homely atmosphere for a great price.
