"Charming and exuberant Spanish man checked me in. As I didn't have a phone that worked in the UK, I had to complete some steps at check-in that most people could do ahead of time. Not a problem. I had a ground floor room; quite roomy, with a desk, kettle, coffee/tea, etc. Bath had a large tub with shower hose. Bath towels were very nice. Bed was very soft, and the springs squeaked when I moved. It's a way from Brighton but was perfect for coming back late from Hove. I would stay again."
