I booked a Junior Suite. The room was huge and it had 2 bathrooms which is a definite perk! My stay was during Rodeo Season and its literally a 5 minute walk to get inside the gates at NRG Stadium. Parking was $20 so very affordable. Very quiet considering its next to a freeway and the major event that was happening. The bar is nice and there is an outside patio. Food was ok. Front desk was very welcoming. This is an older property and could use some upgrades inside the room but overall it was a wonderful experience!

Property is very old and need renovations, the shower made a loud noise and the handle vibrates while you’re showering, the bar on the first floor has live music that you can clearly hear in your room so it was hard to sleep.
We went during Rodeo season and they were charging guests to park in the property, which normally comes included in the hotel stay price.

Stayed here for the rodeo. Was convenient. Check in staff were very welcoming and kind.
Checked out and then after about an hour down the road realized my AirPods were left in the room. My fault. Immediately called guest services. They said they were not found in the room even though location is showing to still be in the room.
My fault for not double checking just a shame there aren’t honest people left in this world. 😭
Overall. Location is great for events at NRG.

Toilets were not working properly. One when you flushed the water came up like it was going to run over before it went down. The other you had to wait 20 minutes to use again. Heater did not work and it was 72 degrees all night extremely cold. All was reported to front desk

The rooms are not what was listed on the internet. We got there and they gave us a room where construction was happening and could see all the scaffolding and mess that was happening.. room smelled like some type of construction adhesive.

The hotel was older but nice. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is the hallway we were put in had extensive work being done on it for the four days we were there. I realize the work needs to be done but our room was next to work being done and a lot of times it sounded like they were going to come through the wall. Otherwise, very nice property that is close to most everything downtown.

We had a suite and it was very nice and clean. The bar/grill was lacking. All the barstools were moved away from the bar and you could not sit at the bar. None of the tvs were on anything interesting. Definitely had a low energy vibe. All the employees were very nice and helpful.

We stayed for College Football National Championship. Someone was selling parking spots to non guests as we pulled into the hotel. Parking was hard to find and my daughter had to park in back of hotel. Her car and 4 others were smashed and broken into. Luckily she didn’t have anything in it but others did. Hotel gave her a free breakfast for her car getting broken into. If the other spots weren’t sold to nonstaying guests, the guests would have ample parking in lit areas. Could not get out of this hotel fast enough.

I liked the hotel but wasnt happy about having to buy my usual continental breakfast front desk clerks were nice, helpful too close to fwy! Its ok i was glad i had a nice suite. I spoiled myself.
