“Glad the Ritz Carlton is back”

This is a really good hotel and a fitting replacement for the old hotel. Views over Hong Kong island are fantastic, the staff (as always) are excellent and the stay was fantastic. For anyone with a head for heights, try the swimming pool on the 118 floor. Will look forward to returning in the future.

“Ritz Carlton Sanya”

The architecture is great but being in the hospitality business you look at details more carefully. The rooms have construction details that were not correctly finish of not finish at all (bath tube connections, shower pressure, air condition noise, false ceiling details) but were you don't have a Ritz Carlton service is in the employees. They don't speck english, they don't know how to serve the table, it is clear that they lack the proper training. They uniforms quality is very poor. They don't know how to properly interact with the guest and it is clear that they done provide the Ritz Carlton treatment that you expect.
