“Very happy with our stay”
Although a little out of town the metro station is right at the hotel and from there you can go anywhere. Plenty of breakfast eateries nearby and a supermarket across the road. Highly recommend getting an Octopus card for use on the public transport. Purchase on day 1 from the metro station and you can refund the balance before you leave, very convenient. This hotel was very comfortable and I would recommend for a short stay.
“Relaxing Hotel”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was clean and the workers were nice and helpful. The MTR was very close to the hotel. I enjoyed using the pool and exercise room and also the nearby park. The MTR was very close. I would recommend this hotel to other people traveling to Hong Kong. Thank you.
“Good Value and Convenient”
A great hotel for the money, very conveniently located next to Quarry Bay MTR.
“Great hotel for the price”
I've been to this hotel twice now and I've been quite impressed by it. It's clean and modern, and the amenities were fine. The location is a little far from Central or TST, but fairly close to Causeway Bay. It is steps from the Quarry Bay MTR station. If you enjoy hiking it is walking distance from the Wilson trail, which connects to countless other local trails. Also within walking distance is a really nice and upscale dining area with East End Brewery and Grappa's Millenio. I've had two quite enjoyable stays here and the price was right both times.
“better than expected”
good service at front desk and concierge
“Great place to stay”
The hotel is located midway between Quarry Bay and North Point. Although the Quarry Bay MTR exit is close by, you need to walk a bit from the station exit to the train. There is no place to do shopping for tourists around the hotel. However, proximity to the Quarry Bay station makes this hotel a great location as you can hop onto the train and travel on the Island Line as well as to the Kowloon side directly from Quarry Bay. I have stayed here many years ago when it opened. At that time, there were no places to eat in the hotel. Now, there is a Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor to have great dim sums. The buffet on the 2nd floor is fine. The service is excellent. If you do not mind a "quiet neighbourhood" around the hotel, this is a great place to stay in HK.
“okay not bad”
Room so good Breakfast : soooooo bad Concierge service : soooo bad Knowledge : bad English language : sooooooo bad to be honest some of them are trying to help but most of them are rude in how to treat people, but the hotel is very good over all with out staff and Breakfast
“good value, convenient location”
Spent 9 nights here. Excellent location - tram, bus, train outside front door. Good service. Excellent Chinese Restaurant!
“Average with Small Rooms”
Overall the lobby does not match the hotel room. The rooms are small. The staff is helpful. However the location is not as great as being central. Average stay at an average hotel.
“Great place, easy access to everything”
The hotel has serviced apartments, with a supermarket and MTR directly opposite
