“Amazing....would stay again”
fabulous service, friendly staff and great location
“Great location.”
The hotel is in a perfect location for a short stay in HK where I packed shopping, movie and work all in one very accessable complex. Very comfortable layout throughout the hotel, spacious and clean feeling bathroom, great view of the green hills. Overall very pleasant stay. However, the AC is too loud and should be upgraded. I had to turn it off when going to sleep but felt stuffy at night and in the morning. The Italian restaruant Nicolinis is over priced, the lobster angel hair pasta was too spicy for traditional Italian food, over powered the lobster and the matching Pargolo, Sangiovese merlot 2007, a beautiful wine on its one, and the waitress is not very courteous for single woman customer. Not the best quality service you could find in Hong Kong.
“Upscale and friendly”
Convenient to Central Hong Kong, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This was an anniversary stay and we were offered a great view of the harbor. I'd choose this again.
“Quite Good”
Quite good. restaurant quite decent. very convenient as downstairs a major shopping mall. little tiny things like welcome tea and teddy bear, which came as a surprise, and therefore maybe better than Four Seasons. just the lobby can be crammed sometimes with number of people.
“The Heart of Hong Kong Island”
We booked this hotel for three nights (Weds to Sat), as a luxury end to our not so luxurious European vacation. Conrad did not disappoint. We booked and paid for a habour view room, but on arrival was told the hotel was very busy - so we'd need to stay in an Executive Harbour View room. The view, the service, the location and the food were all outstanding. Would definitely recommend to any travellers.
“jh”
can't say enough good things about the conrad. they were very courteous & prompt w/ everything i needed, from concierge to the bar to exchanging money to refilling the fruit plate in the room.
“very good service”
very good location , next to the mall, I love the bed and pillow menu, I asked to distilled water for my CPAP machine and was delivered in 5 minutes, the food was great, I liked to dine near the pool and the people serving me make me feel I am at home. great experience
“"Not the best"”
Staff were very helpful. Our room was in need of refurbishment it was tired and smelt of smoke, and we asked for non smoking! Breakfast Buffet was OK. They had run out of scrambled egg and we had to wait 20 min. We would recommend staying at the Shangri-La for this kind of money.
“An excellent hotel in a convenient location”
If you want a bit more luxury and to be close to everything then this is the hotel you want.
“Not worth the money”
It is way too expensive for what it has to offer. Hotel and room are dated and need upgrading. Service level is just so so. I left my baseball cap in the room when I checked out and called them in the evening after I arrived home. They said they did not have the cap. I won't go back. W Hotel is a much better property and at 60% the price of Conrad.
