"Overall, the property was great. Our only complaint about the room is that the sensor lights would randomly go off on you - think while in the shower, etc - and not come back on with movement. This happened at least a few times.
Our biggest complaint and reason we would not give a higher score is that the Friday night bartender experience was not good. She was not personable whatsoever. After first having to clear it with a manager, she finally turned on the NBA finals game. Everything was fine until around 11 PM. Literally, 5 seconds left in the game, the bartender made us leave so she could clean… even roped us off.
A little bit of customer service goes a long way and unfortunately, due to this experience, next time we will look elsewhere for accommodations."
