"We had a wonderful time at the Jazz Hotel, we went as a couple and met up with family who also stayed at the Jazz and had a wheelchair, ramp to assist and left available to take you to room. Cleanliness is excellent, reception staff are absolutely amazing cannot do enough for you. Restaurant and bar staff also fantastic and always smiling. Excellent breakfast lots of choice. "Pool and Beach area is very nice. But rooms were a complete let down. A/C did not work properly, which made our upper floor room almost unusable during the hot Sardinian day. Shower would shift randomly between freezing cold and very hot. We had to get out on the balcony to get the wifi reception. General state of the room was warn and maintained poorly. Hotel had a garage, which was full, so they suggested to the guests to park on the street. Street parking had to be paid 1€/h 9am-midnight...

"Wonderful hotel with spectacular views, comfortable bed in a lovely room and plenty of loungers in the stunning pool area. Breakfast was very good and pets are welcome. There are no shops or restaurants in the vicinity, a bus runs along the main road between the beach and town, but only until 7pm. Closest restaurants ~40 mins walk."
