The room had nice amenities and very comfortable bed. Hotel was close to everything. Safe and quiet. Nice foyer and staff. The room I selected was the compact queen and it had very limited space around the room. No room for two suitcases on the floor and had only one padded stool to sit on. But very much enjoyed my solo stay at this hotel.

Bathroom is a bit small with not much wiggle room. There is no ceiling light in the room that I stayed so it was a bit too dark after nightfall. Nevertheless, it is still a nice hotel.

We didn't like that check in is 3.00 pm. Also didn't like the size of the shower & bathroom. It was tiny. The beds were comfortable & the breakfasts were good. Pretty central to most things.

A lot of things within walking distance, clean and comfortable room. The parking site is on another street so it's not the most convenient if you have a lot of luggage, fee is reasonable $15 for 24 hr period, considering street parking around there can be difficult during business hrs but there's street parking for free between 1800-0800.

Small room , but had everything we needed. If you had the window open at night , the traffic noise was quite disturbing. Nice and quiet once the window was shut.

Best place To stay in Hobart
As a Gold member of Hotels.com I got a great deal to stay at the Travelodge Hobart. It's a quality Motel and service is excellent. Very convenient place to stay as the town is a short walk down the hill. Really enjoyed our seafood on the wharf.

The cleanliness of the room and changing of sheets/towels were not up to standard. Dusting & cleaning of room and bathrooms did not occur during our whole stay. Carpet was not vacuumed regularly and was dirty. Overall standard of cleaning was poor.

Great position; walking distance to Salamanca and Constitution Dock. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom a bit small. Staff very welcoming.

Pro's: Close to all amenities and transport. Easy walk to Salamanca Markets and major shopping precinct. Cons: Secure parking is $15 per night and a parking spot is not guaranteed. Laundry facilities provided but 1 washing machine out of order for more than 2 weeks and 1 dryer out of order for 1 week .

We apologize regarding the parking as we have very limited spots onsite, however, if we ran out of spots for our onsite parking, we could allocate a spot for you at our offsite parking.We would also like to apologize for our laundry machines, and we wish to inform you that this is a one-off issue. We are still following up with our service provider and we hope that they will come to fix them soon.Overall, we are terribly sorry for the drawbacks that you experienced during your stay. For the price I paid overnight, I’ve stayed at better hotels in other states in the CBD. The rooms were tiny, not enough room to move, it was like a matchbox; no bedside drawers or a decent table to eat out of, no microwave, the room didn’t appear to have been cleaned after the last guests left up until the 3rd night until I requested a carpet clean. The carpets were filthy including all along the hallway and I’m sure a good carpet clean is affordable with the rates they charge patrons. I only chose this hotel as I was touring in Tassie and the tour company could pick up from here easily. I’d never opt to stay at Travelodge again.

Centrally located. Staff polite and professional. Parking charged at $15 day on top of tariff. Rooms very small. Wouldn't stay there again.
