The space
One double bedroom, a single bedroom with a second living area. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the main lounge area for extra guests. Comfortable large living area with cooking facilities in the kitchenette. Shower, laundry/shower area with separate toilet. Fully self-contained space/not connected to the upstairs property. The fenced backyard which the owner shares.
Guest access
The whole downstairs area is made accessible to guests if using all bedrooms. The backyard is available to guests and is a shared space with the owner. There is one onsite parking area directly outside the unit's entrance and plenty of nearby parking on the local street.
Other things to note
As the owner of the property, I live upstairs, there is minimal noise associated with this.
