The capsule its self is clean and a good size, the bathrooms really need to be updated with shower water under the Lino it smelt like mould. The bathroom is tiny no space at the two small sinks, it’s fine to stay for 1-2 nights no longer. Still had a fun one off experience in the Airone hotel

I don’t usually do reviews, but those ladies that cleaned up in the morning which I believe are the owners were extremely nice. Recommended if you want affordable privacy. The pods are also bigger than the pictures show to be. I’m a 6’3 man and I fit in there comfortably.

Staff communication was quick and efficient, Location is good and it was mostly clean. Few things that would make a big improvement. * Install a ZIP/Billie hot water tap for both Hot and Cold water for guests to use. * Fridge is not enough space when you have so many people staying. * Bin needs to be bigger as it overflows quickly * Spare fresh towels should be stocked onsite to use * Spare Pillows should be made available * Not enough power points spread out in common area when many people are lodging * No facilities to cook anything not even a microwave to reheat stuff. When asked response was a fire hazard but that's a very very low risk and no worse than the dryers. * Sugar Tea Coffee facilities are limited and should be stocked daily. * Room cleaning happens every two days which is generally acceptable but did have a grapes and hair in my capsule when I first got their which was not great. * Bathroom needs an extraction fan it gets very warm and humid which then smells musty and wet as no fresh air is getting into male or female bathrooms. * Toilet paper holder in Female bathroom does not stay closer properly even with the makeshift sticky tape on top. * One of the Femail toilet doors did not lock. If some of this feedback was taken onboard, I would stay their again.

Customer service: - 👍👍👍 - You’ll seldom see workers in person but when you message them, they are very responsive and helpful Capsules/beds: - Clean and well kept with bedding that smells freshly laundered - Bed is comfortable, firm, and has no springs - Decent airflow inside capsule - Lighting is nicely laid out with adjustable brightness, and conveniently controlled via a panel on the side wall -Capsule size was perfect for me, but I am only 5’1” - using wood/fake wood for the interior and exterior of the capsules visually made for a pleasant, calming environment - walls are thin so you can hear other people - Capsules have signs for “no smoking“ but when I stayed there for two non-consecutive nights, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming through the capsule vents in the evening. The smell was also in the bathroom. Not sure if someone was smoking within their capsule or if they were outside of the hotel ventilation’s intake (outside of the building) Bathrooms: - unfortunately the bathrooms are set up more like a hostel than a hotel with ~41 capsules worth of people sharing 1 female bathroom & 1 male bathroom - Female bathroom: 2 sinks, 2 toilets, and 2 showers (1 hair blow dryer) - Male bathroom: 3 of each - Toilets: not separated from rest of the bathroom so smells fill the whole space - Needs better maintenance Laundry: -👍 2 washers and dryers, no extra charge Kitchen: - 1 sink, dish, soap, tea, mugs, 1 fridge/freezer - 1 spoon, 1 pair of tongs

Overall you get the bare minimum with very bad service: unmanned place with remove access codes sent to you, no ability to keep your bag earlier or later than the check in /out time , weird smell across the property. Pods work ok but the service level needs to be improved

Poor communication. We were not provided with the check-in instruction up until the check-in time (even though advert says check-in instruction a day in advance). We were not responded to when we tried messaging and calling so we had to escalate to Hotels.com. We ended up carrying our luggage to MONA. The toilet/bathroom needs to be cleaned periodically. The capsules were comfortable - it really depends on the other guests if they are loud/snoring - unfortunately. Convenient distance to the centre, shops, and restaurants.

The place was clean and generally unstaffed with no reception. It was clean, although being unstaffed meant it was a bit more difficult to get a clean towel replacement. Once I understood how things worked it was very easy. Overall, for the price range this is so much more preferable over the usual other Australian backpackers hostels! Will definitely go here again.

This is a very good choice , bordering on excellent. It’s clean, comfortable ( within the constraints of being a capsule hotel), is well-resourced for travellers ( and anticipates their needs, eg laundry facilities); the negatives include poorly functioning bathrooms ( there’s simply not enough room provided to change when showering, and water spills on the floors), and the noisy capsule doors. But overall this was a very good experience.

Perfect location and perfect for solo or duo travellers and great for short trips. Tip if you are staying here bring headphones or earplugs for noise at night and don’t bring large suitcases or luggage (Also buy your own food and label it)

Very well managed Property. The only thing I will suggest if anyone is staying more than 2 days, the pod bedsheet needs to be cleaned. Otherwise everything was superb.

This particular accommodation is excellent in the heart of CBD of hobart. I really recommend this accommodation for people with budget.

My first time in a capsule hotel. Honestly thinking I'll have to come back next year. The price is good for what you get, while the facility/hotel itself is clean and well maintained. It's similar to a hostel in that you should bring your own shower gear if you don't want the generic 2 In 1 Shampoo And Conditioner for your hair. Likewise, except for some snacks, you should be organising your own food, particularly at the great restaurants and cafe's all within walking distance. The doors can be a little noisy sometimes but overall people are there to just hangout before heading out somewhere, or to sleep, so I didn't overly experience issues with noise from other people. A novel experience, and one I look forward to doing again.

The only downside I have for your pods, (first time sleeping in a pod), it was too hot, I had the ventilation all the way up and I was sweating so much all night, I woke up probably 5 times in the middle of the night in sweats, besides that everything was great, I’m a bodybuilder and the lighting in the male bathroom was to die for, absolutely magnificent lighting, everything else was good besides the hot nights sleep :)

Convenient location and walking distance to places like Woolies and Elizabeth St Mall/Cat and Fiddle Arcade. For the price it's an easy alternative to an expensive hotel in the city. Would recommend to other travellers.

Overall central location was good, facilities were good - capsules were as expected. Clean shower area & washer/dryer accessible. Wanted a little area to do some work though only entertaining/common area was at the front facing street, would be better placed at the back. The front door though directed in email that there is code to access the premises, when we arrived was not working so anyone could just manually push the door open. There was also a sign on the door prompting you to do so. Due to the lack of urgency from property managers at 12am and again around 2am we found ourselves feeling unsafe as people wondering the streets just wondering. Not only was that worrying but freely made their way through the hall yelling. The only thing keeping us safe was a little lock on the inside of our capsule which could easily be pushed in. Safe to say I did not get much sleep the rest of the night. Would consider coming back if security was tended to.
