The checkin process was perfect and the amount of clean towels was amazing. Also making some changes to the reservation was simple and the local staff helped quite a bit. they are very responsive.

The pool and gym were quite nice. The location was also very good, close to lots of interesting locations like the war museum.

I guess you get what you pay for.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We found it difficult to sleep. Also, the apartment is considerably smaller than stated in the description. The price is good.

The room was great and at a perfect price. The elevator cards seemed to have some trouble as we got stuck a couple times before the elevator returned to the common floor or the doors opening. The staff is always helpful and quick to respond.

It was difficult to get hold of the owner on the check-in day. However, the proper is lovely. We really enjoyed the pool and gym facility. Nice staff.

The room had a leaky air con unit. It often leaked water on the floor. We had to put towels on the floor so we didn't slip. The shower drain was blocked so we were standing in 1 inch of water. The building hallways smelt so bad. A mix between cooking smells and a sewage farm. You had to have the bathroom. Fan on all the time.e because the bathroom drain would smell like sewage. The bedding had long black hairs in and on the bed. Linen was poor quality. I asked to be relocated by expedia but they were useless....Dont stay here.

However, if the weather is too hot, it can cause leaks due to overload (usually opening the door when the air conditioner is on), which can be fixed within 1 hour. We fixed it after your review.We wonder why you didn't tell us those problems instead of saying everything was fine after you checked in even though we double-checked with you about everythingWe checked the drain but couldn't find the problem.We use 400 thread count or cotton linen, we are sorry that it is not enough to meet your expectations.We hope you can tell or send us all the proofs as we request during your stay so that we can resolve those issues or move you to another room. And I'm sorry for you because Expedia didn't re-located as you wish. We wish you the best,Saigon 9

Excellent value. Almost perfect for parents and a four year old except bed too small (definitely not a queen size bed by USA nomenclature). Nice pool although it closes early. Washing machine was handy (we washed our clothes). Location good if using a ride sharing app and some taxis always waiting out front. Checkin requires internet access for sending a message to host or local calling access to call host.

The property was just large enough a group of 7 with me on the sofa. Not ideal but it is extremely difficult to find a unit that can accommodate 7 comfortably. This unit is a terrific value for property ( washer and Netflix). I am very satisfied.

Happy with the rooms! But the only thing is that the bedroom is locked accidently without spare keys, so we have to wait for a couple hours to be able to get into the room. They should have available bedroom keys in case the bedroom door is locked by accident.

Good location as it's very close to the main attractions area. The communication with the Person-in-charge is very prompt. There are 2 mini-marts and 1 pharmacy below the building. And the nearest fast food is McDonalds which is a walking distance. There is even a lifeguard at the swimming pool. It would be good if we are provided with more pillows. We will definitely stay here again.
