This is a great hotel! I stayed here for 7 nights and everything was great. The morning breakfast was amazing as well. Seriously great pho at this hotel which was a surprise.

Great location close to Ben Thanh Market, Independence Palace and Saigon Square. Nhi at the front desk is very helpful and great customer service.

My 3rd visit a really nice friendly hotel. Worth paying a little extra to get room with outdoor space which has mini garden and pond. Booming noise from nearby nightclub a slight distraction.

Room is smaller than picture portrays. Booked a premium deluxe and not much premium IMO. Noisy at night from karaoke… even with the tiny windows. staff is not very accommodating to guests. my recommendation would to pay a little extra and get larger room with better amenities.

The bathroom smelt of body odour so wasn’t cleaned properly. The air con was extremely noisy. The included breakfast was very basic. No spare pillows in the room. Very basic hotel. Was ok for 1 night but would not stay here again and don’t recommend.

Compared with the date i checked. When I checked out next time. The staff charged a lot .specially thank to miss nguyen.and son. They are so helpful. Nice. Friendly. Also thanks to miss xuan mai. always helpful i will be back again for this hotel.

When i checkin with hotel the front desk lady name DAO. SEEM like she doesn't care. Until i reach to her. It took more than 1 hours just for 4 room in the same group Not too friendly.

Noise levels are not acceptable
Property is above average for hotels of this class in Q1. Location is good. However, be warned that if you like to sleep in till late, this is probably NOT a good location. There's a school next door which would start their day with plenty of "song n dance" over the PA at around 8 - 9.30am so that's a bummer if u are trying to sleep late. Even without the PA, u would hear the buzzing noise from the kids ( just not as loud ). Bearable, but not preferred.
